Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that can’t be cured with surgery or planned radiation and chemo
  • Your tumor testing shows the KRAS G12C mutation, using required archived tumor samples
  • You have not received prior whole-system (systemic) treatment for advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer
  • Your overall health is good enough (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • Your cancer has measurable signs the study can track, and brain metastases (if included) must meet specific size/symptom rules
  • You are not in the excluded groups (for example, squamous lung cancer, prior KRAS G12C inhibitor, or active untreated brain metastases in some groups)
