Who can take part

  • You have non-small cell lung cancer (a common type of lung cancer) that is locally advanced (stage II–III) and has not been surgically removed
  • Your tumor has a KRAS G12C mutation (a specific genetic change) confirmed by a tumor tissue sample
  • You completed chemotherapy combined with radiation therapy before joining the study, with no cancer growth during or after treatment
  • You weigh at least 77 pounds (35 kg)
  • You have no active infections, severe heart/brain disease, or inflammatory bowel disease requiring treatment
  • If you have HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C, it must be well-controlled or undetectable with medication
