Who can take part
- You can sign an informed consent form and agree to follow study steps for the full study time
- You are 18 years or older, and your surgeon says you are a good candidate for the planned surgery
- Your bladder cancer type matches the study (muscle invasive, high-risk non-muscle invasive, BCG-unresponsive, certain cisplatin-ineligible cases, or certain variant types)
- Your health and organ function fit the study rules, and your daily functioning score is 0–2 (a measure of how active you are day to day)
- Your medical team clears you to do a breathing/heart exercise test, and you can safely do high-intensity exercise
- You are able to do the study questionnaires in English or Spanish
