Who can take part
- You have IgA nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy (biopsy results must match KDIGO standards).
- Your biopsy tissue needs to show at least 8 working kidney filtering units (permeable glomeruli).
- If your diagnosis was before the study, you must have had at least 5 years of follow-up for your IgA nephropathy.
- If you are not in the IgA group, you may be in a comparison group with lupus, ANCA-associated vasculitis, or polycystic kidney disease.
- You must be able to make decisions legally and have health coverage through social security.
- You cannot be pregnant, and you must use effective birth control if applicable.
