Who can take part
- You have known heart sarcoidosis or a related inflammatory heart condition, or strong suspicion of it
- Your heart symptoms or tests suggest it, such as dangerous rhythm problems (like ventricular tachycardia) or wiring/“conduction” problems
- You may be newly diagnosed with heart failure plus rhythm or electrical issues that could point to sarcoidosis
- You have had a heart imaging test that looks suspicious for sarcoidosis (like MRI or PET-CT), or you had/need a VAD or heart transplant because of suspected sarcoidosis
- You can give written consent for the study and for sample analysis
- You do not have certain other causes of long-term heart failure (like blocked heart arteries or major valve disease)
