Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have a type of lung cancer called non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
- Your lung cancer was caught early (stage IA2 or IB) and your tumor was larger than 2 cm but completely removed with a lobectomy (a lobe of your lung was taken out).
- Your tumor does not have certain gene changes (EGFR mutations or ALK fusions).
- Your tumor shows at least one high-risk feature (like a certain cell pattern, spread through air spaces, or poor differentiation) and PD-L1 protein levels of 1% or higher.
- You are generally well enough to be active (WHO score 0–1) and have good organ function (like healthy blood counts, liver, and kidney function).
- You have not had other cancer treatments or certain conditions like autoimmune diseases, severe heart disease, or lung infections.
