Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with stage II, IIIA, or IIIB (N2) non-small cell lung cancer that can be surgically removed
- You have not had any prior treatment for lung cancer
- Your tumor does not have EGFR or ALK gene mutations
- Your lung function is good enough for surgery, and your overall health is good (ECOG score 0-1)
- You do not have active infections, autoimmune diseases, or a history of certain lung inflammation
