Who can take part

  • Age is at least 1 month and at most 25 years
  • Your tumor type matches a specific low-grade brain tumor (grade 1 glioma or related types) confirmed by expert review
  • Your tumor must have no BRAF change at the specific V600 point, and must have 7q34 duplication or a KIAA1549-BRAF fusion
  • Your tumor should not have certain gene changes (like midline H3 mutations or IDH1 mutations), and should not be a DIPG or SEGA
  • You must be able to do study procedures and have good blood, liver, kidney, and heart function
  • You can’t be pregnant or breastfeeding, and there are strict birth-control rules during and after treatment
