Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You joined the Epsilon care pathway since it started in February 2022.
- Your COVID illness included documented COVID pneumonia (confirmed in records).
- You have ongoing symptoms: severe symptoms after 4 weeks, or complex/disabling symptoms lasting more than 3 months.
- Your symptoms led to referral to the Epsilon care team either from city medicine or after a hospital stay for oxygen therapy for at least 48 hours.
