  • You are currently pregnant or have had a baby recently (within the last year).
  • Your weight before pregnancy gave you a BMI of 30 or higher (that means you were in the 'obese' range).
  • You can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer to follow online health guidance and fill out digital forms.
  • You can speak and read Finnish well enough to take part in the program.
