Who can take part

  • Your child is between 2 and 18 years old
  • Your child will have surgery under general anesthesia
  • The anesthesiology team will use the muscle relaxer rocuronium
  • Your child has not recently taken medicines that change the immune system (immunomodulators or immunosuppressants)
  • Your child does not have an autoimmune disease (like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or Behçet’s disease)
