Who can take part
- You are an adult (age 18 or older).
- You have a jaw-bite problem called skeletal malocclusion.
- Your jaw measurements suggest your upper jaw is smaller or your lower jaw is larger (ANB zero or negative and Witts negative).
- You have a clear need for bimaxillary surgery (both upper and lower jaw surgery).
- You have NOT had full orthodontic braces/orthodontic treatment before.
- You do NOT have certain facial/bone issues (like craniofacial differences or prior facial-bone fractures), and you do not take medications that make surgery unsafe.
