  • You have lab-confirmed MAC lung infection (culture-positive)
  • You are being treated for MAC at Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital
  • Your MAC treatment includes the core drugs: a macrolide, rifamycin, and ethambutol at standard or higher recommended doses
  • You can sign a written informed consent form
  • You are not pregnant
