  • Aged from birth to under 18 years
  • Diagnosed with a complicated urinary tract infection (UTI) or kidney infection requiring IV treatment in the hospital
  • Have at least two signs of a UTI, such as fever, pain, or nausea
  • Had an evaluation to confirm the bacteria causing the infection is likely to respond to the study drug
