This trial tests a new immune cell therapy (CD7 CAR-T) given as a bridge to a stem cell transplant in people with relapsed or hard-to-treat CD7-positive leukemia. The goal is to help control the leukemia and improve chances for a successful transplant.

Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to sign consent, with expected survival of more than 12 weeks
  • Have relapsed or not fully responding CD7-positive acute leukemia (ALL or AML) after standard chemo, or after first/other treatments
  • Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0–2) and have oxygen level above 92% without needing oxygen
  • Have key organ function tests within limits (liver enzymes and bilirubin not too high, kidney function adequate, and pancreas enzymes not too high)
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and use effective birth control for the required time during and after study treatment
  • No seizure/major brain disease, and no active infections that are not under control
  • Not have had certain cancer treatments too recently, and no planned stem cell transplant while in this study
