Who can take part

  • Be age 18 to 75, and agree by signing consent (or a legal guardian signs if needed).
  • Have a diagnosis of T-cell lymphoma or T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, specifically in the relapsed/refractory setting.
  • Have recent treatment details that fit the trial (for example, no antibody therapy in the 2 weeks before cell therapy).
  • Be well enough to do procedures: ECOG health status 0–2, able to undergo peripheral apheresis (cell collection), and expected survival over 3 months.
  • Meet key lab and health safety limits (for example, acceptable liver/kidney function, bilirubin/enzymes not too high, platelets not too low, and no severe uncontrolled breathing or heart problems).
