Who can take part
- You are 18 or older, and you have a diagnosis of thymic carcinoma (not thymoma).
- Your thymic carcinoma is advanced/unresectable or has come back, and you have not had chemotherapy for it as a whole treatment plan before joining.
- You do not have certain brain/spine/meninges (covering of the brain) cancer spread that needs surgery or radiation right now.
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample (archived or a new biopsy) for testing.
- You have good overall body strength and organ function (performance status 0–1, with acceptable bloodwork and organ tests).
- You have no key medical exclusions such as serious lung inflammation, major heart disease, uncontrolled infections, HIV, or active hepatitis B with active virus.
