Who can take part

  • You have a type of thymus cancer called thymic carcinoma (not a neuroendocrine tumor).
  • Your cancer is stage III or IVA (locally advanced) and you do not have myasthenia gravis.
  • You are between 18 and 74 years old.
  • You have not had any prior treatment for this cancer (like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy).
  • You are in good physical shape (able to carry out daily activities) and have adequate organ function (blood counts, liver, kidneys, lungs).
