Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older
- Have confirmed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or high-grade B-cell lymphoma (not a transformed type)
- Be able to do daily activities with ECOG 0 to 2 (not fully bedridden)
- Plan to receive full-dose treatment with monoclonal antibody plus anthracycline-based chemotherapy
- Have staging scans done with PET-CT or CT
