Tislelizumab and disitamab as pre-surgery treatment for HER2 UTUC

Who can take part

  • You have confirmed upper tract urothelial cancer that is HER2-positive (IHC 1+ or higher) and is high-risk by standard guidelines
  • Your cancer must be localized based on scans (CT/MRI/PET-CT) and you plan surgery such as kidney-ureter-removal (RNU), distal ureter removal (DU), or ureteroscopic ablation (UA)
  • You are age 18 or older, and your expected survival is more than 12 weeks
  • Your overall health score (ECOG) is 0 to 2, meaning you’re not severely limited in daily activities
  • You can provide required samples (blood, urine, and tumor/tissue) for multiple lab tests (like MRD and tumor markers)
  • Your blood, liver, and kidney tests are strong enough for treatment (including kidney function with GFR at least 15 ml/min)
