This trial studies whether Huaier granules can improve kidney disease activity in people with “idiopathic membranous nephropathy” who test positive for PLA2R antibodies and are still not in remission. Participants will also have been on standard blood-pressure/kidney-protecting treatment (called RASI) for at least 4 weeks.

Who can take part
- Your kidney biopsy was done before joining and showed idiopathic membranous nephropathy
- Your blood test shows PLA2R antibody is positive
- You are 18 to 75 years old, and either sex
- You have protein in your urine between 3.5 and under 8.0 grams in 24 hours, and it has not fully remitted
- Your kidney filtering function (eGFR) is at least 45 (checked at least twice in 2 weeks)
- You can take stable RASI treatment for at least 4 weeks before joining and agree to sign consent
