Who can take part

  • You have severe leaking of the tricuspid valve (either primary or secondary cause)
  • You have symptoms despite treatment, and your walking/activity level is at least NYHA Class II (if Class IV, you must be able to walk)
  • You’ve been on heart failure medicines for at least 30 days, including a water pill (diuretic)
  • You’re 18 or older, and your heart team and study imaging teams say you’re a good candidate for this specific device
  • You can and will follow the study visits and tests, and you can sign informed consent
  • Your anatomy (heart and blood vessels) fits what the imaging team says is usable for this procedure
