This study is a large registry enrolling 1,000 people with severe myopia (very high nearsightedness) to better understand the condition and improve care. If you have severe myopia, you may be eligible to join and contribute to valuable research.

Who can take part
- You are 6 years of age or older.
- You have very severe nearsightedness in at least one eye (a prescription of -6.00 or more, or an eye length of 26.5 mm or more).
- You are willing to have follow-up visits at one of the participating eye centers.
- You can give consent, or if you are under 18, your parent or guardian can give consent.
- You have some useful vision in at least one eye (better than just counting fingers).
