Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older when you sign consent
  • Have multiple myeloma that has been confirmed by a specialist using standard diagnostic criteria
  • Have had at least 3 prior treatment “lines,” including a proteasome inhibitor, an immune-modulating drug, and an anti-CD38 antibody
  • Your disease must be getting worse (progressive disease) based on standard criteria, and you must have measurable disease at screening
  • Your body must be strong enough for study treatment (generally ECOG 0–1) and your blood, liver, and kidney tests must meet limits
