Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older, with thyroid cancer confirmed by biopsy or surgery (histology), and the cancer is a type that can be treated as differentiated thyroid cancer, poorly differentiated cancer, or Hürthle cell cancer.
- Your cancer is high-risk (for example: large tumor, spread outside the thyroid, lymph node involvement with spread beyond nodes, BRAF V600E mutation in certain cases, expected incomplete removal, or disease already spread to distant sites).
- Your cancer can be measured on scans (your team can track it using RECIST 1.1).
- Your general health is good (ECOG 0–1) and your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are adequate for study treatment.
- You must not have had prior immune checkpoint therapy (anti–PD-1/PD-L1/PD-L2) or similar immune T-cell–targeting drugs.
- You must not have active uncontrolled problems that block immune therapy, such as untreated infection, ongoing steroid-level immunosuppression, active autoimmune disease needing immune treatment, or current lung inflammation (pneumonitis).
