Who can take part

  • You are a postmenopausal woman (at least 1 year with no periods)
  • You can do strength exercises and are physically able to train safely
  • You can take and follow the supplement plan (omega-3 and whey)
  • You have no major heart problems history, such as stroke or a recent heart attack
  • You have normal kidney function and can provide a doctor’s clearance to exercise
  • You do not currently use hormone replacement therapy or anti-inflammatory medicines
