  • You are in one of these age ranges: 18–35 or 65+
  • You can understand the study and sign informed consent
  • You are physically able to do resistance (strength) exercises
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 35
  • You do not have certain heart, stroke, or lung problems (for example, uncontrolled high blood pressure over 160/100)
