Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older with confirmed colorectal cancer that has spread only to the liver (not outside the liver).
- Your cancer is “unresectable,” meaning surgeons cannot remove it safely without leaving too little healthy liver blood flow.
- You completed 3–6 months of first-line (first) chemotherapy, and your scan shows the cancer is stable or responding.
- You have suitable liver blood-vessel anatomy for the pump procedure, confirmed by a CT angiography scan within 4 weeks.
- Your blood tests and overall health are adequate for surgery and treatment (including blood counts, bilirubin, liver enzymes, and kidney function), and your energy level is ECOG 0–1.
