Who can take part

  • You have a spinal cord injury at the C6–C7 level
  • Your injury has been at least 6 months ago
  • You have noticeable weakness or reduced hand and finger control below your injury
  • You can understand the study and sign consent
  • Your hand/arm joints are flexible enough to use the device (no fixed contractures)
  • You do not have severe muscle stiffness or painful or open skin problems in the arm/hand
