Who can take part
- Be age 0 to 26 years old (children and young adults)
- Have B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or B-cell lymphoma
- Either have relapsed or refractory disease (came back or did not respond) or be getting standard immunotherapy as planned
- For Arm B: be in the process of getting treatment such as CAR T (tisagenlecleucel) or blinatumomab/inotuzumab, including planning for leukapheresis for CAR T
- Be able to provide consent (or, if under 18 or unable to consent, a parent/guardian/legal representative can consent)
