Who can take part
- You are age 1 to under 25, and you have B-ALL that is relapsed or not responding
- Your leukemia cells show at least 5% CD19 and CD22 in bone marrow, or (if no marrow sample) at least 5% in blood
- You cannot use standard anthracycline chemo or you cannot tolerate PEG-asparaginase (either or both)
- Your body is strong enough for treatment: Lansky score ≥50 (age ≤16) or Karnofsky score ≥50 (age >16)
- Your main organs are working well enough: kidney, liver/bilirubin, and heart function limits must be met
- If you can become pregnant or impregnate someone, you must follow birth control rules during treatment and after
