HER2-positive breast cancer trial using ctDNA to guide treatment
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests a personalized treatment plan for HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread. It uses a blood test to track cancer DNA and adjust therapy, including treatments that may help prevent cancer from reaching the brain. The goal is to achieve long-term remission.

This trial tests a personalized treatment plan for HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery. The treatment is adjusted based on how your cancer responds, aiming to give you the best possible outcome.
This study tests personalized, changing treatment plans (given before surgery) to find better options for your specific breast tumor. You may be asked for extra breast-tissue testing to help match you with the most suitable study drug(s).
This study tests whether using PET scans (a special imaging technique) to monitor how your HER2-positive breast cancer responds to treatment before surgery can help doctors choose the best treatment plan for you. The goal is to improve outcomes by personalizing therapy based on how your tumor responds.
This Phase 2 study tests a personalized immune-therapy vaccine made from your immune cells, given with weekly paclitaxel and HER2-targeted antibodies (trastuzumab and pertuzumab). It aims to improve treatment outcomes for people with HER2-positive breast cancer before standard local treatment (like surgery and radiation).
This study looks at different types of HER2-positive breast cancer to learn more about the disease. It is for people with early-stage or locally advanced breast cancer who have not yet received treatment, and aims to help doctors find better ways to personalize care.
