Who can take part
- You have one of these diagnoses: lupus (SLE), inflammatory muscle disease (IIM), systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), or rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with specific “severe” activity features
- Your autoimmune disease is active and not controlled despite hormone steroids (glucocorticoids) plus multiple other treatments taken for months
- For lupus: you have certain autoantibodies (like anti-dsDNA or anti-Ro/La or others) and recent major-organ disease activity
- For inflammatory muscle disease: your diagnosis is a specific type (dermatomyositis, immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy, anti-synthetase syndrome, or polymyositis) and you have at least one relevant blood antibody and severe muscle/skin signs
- For systemic sclerosis or RA: you likely have progressive lung disease (interstitial lung disease) and have tried at least one or more targeted standard treatments without adequate control
