Combination therapy for advanced KRAS-mutated bile duct cancer

Who can take part

  • You have a type of bile duct cancer (intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma) with a KRAS mutation.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after 1 or 2 rounds of chemotherapy.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are in fairly good health (able to do everyday activities) and have normal organ function.
  • You have not had a MEK inhibitor or autophagy inhibitor before.
