Who can take part
- You have a type of bile duct cancer (intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma) with a KRAS mutation.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after 1 or 2 rounds of chemotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are in fairly good health (able to do everyday activities) and have normal organ function.
- You have not had a MEK inhibitor or autophagy inhibitor before.
