Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Diagnosed with unresectable or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct, gallbladder, or intrahepatic cancer) confirmed by biopsy
- Cancer cells must test positive for EGFR protein (checked via IHC test)
- Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can carry out normal daily activities with little or no limitation)
- Normal function of major organs (blood, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, bone marrow); no severe immune deficiency
- For women of childbearing age: willingness to use contraception during and 8 weeks after treatment; for men: willingness to use contraception or confirm surgical sterilization
