Who can take part

  • You’re having post-operative physical therapy at UC Health after shoulder surgery done by Dr. Brian Grawe
  • Your surgery is one of these: total shoulder replacement (primary), reverse shoulder replacement (primary), or a primary rotator cuff repair
  • Your doctor prescribed outpatient physical therapy for post-surgery rehabilitation
  • Your surgery plan does not include any unexpected or additional/unplanned procedures
  • You have not had shoulder surgery too recently (no prior surgery in the last 5 years, or at least 6 months between opposite-shoulder surgeries)
  • Your stay after surgery was 3 days or less
