Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 89 years old.
- Your shoulder surgery was performed by Dr. Robert Gillespie at University Hospitals.
- You had one of these surgeries: first-time total shoulder replacement (anatomic or reverse) or first-time rotator cuff repair.
- Your doctor prescribed outpatient physical therapy after surgery.
- You were not in the hospital for more than 3 days after shoulder surgery.
- Your shoulder injury is not related to workers' compensation or any pending lawsuit.
