Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed, early breast cancer (stage II or III) that has not spread to distant organs
- Your tumor is triple-negative: estrogen receptor (ER) 10% or less, progesterone receptor (PR) 10% or less, and HER2 is negative
- You have never had chemo, hormone (endocrine) therapy, or immunotherapy before starting this study
- You can attend all scheduled visits and follow the treatment and lab testing plan
- You agree by signing informed consent after learning the risks and study procedures
- You can use birth control during the study if you could become pregnant
