Who can take part
- You are an adult admitted to an ICU or critical heart unit for cardiogenic shock
- You have needed medicines called catecholamines for at least 12 hours for shock treatment
- You are able to swallow and take oral tablets
- Your kidney filtration (GFR) is 20 ml/min/1.73m² or higher, and you are not on chronic dialysis
- You did not already take an SGLT2 inhibitor before ICU/CCU admission
