Who can take part
- You can sign consent and allow release of your health records for the study
- You are age 40 or older
- You have had prostate cancer and are currently on ADT or planning to start ADT for more than 12 months
- You have at least one heart risk factor such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or tobacco use
- You do not have current heart/chest symptoms (like chest pain, shortness of breath from heart disease)
- You are not getting certain chemotherapy drugs at the time you sign consent
