Who can take part
- You are already planning neck surgery (anterior cervical discectomy and fusion) using the DEXA-C implant for levels C3 to C7
- You have nerve symptoms in one or both arms, like pain, tingling (paresthesia), or weakness (paresis) in a specific nerve pattern
- Your neck problem is cervical radiculopathy at one or two adjacent levels between C3 and C7 that needs an open front-of-neck fusion and disc removal
- Your imaging shows wear-and-tear or disc changes (like herniation or bone spurs) that match your symptoms
- You tried non-surgery treatment for at least 6 weeks before considering surgery (for example physical therapy or pain medicine)
