Hybrid disc replacement and fusion for two-level neck disease

Who can take part

  • You are between 22 and 69 years old.
  • You have pain, numbness, or weakness in your arm or hand from a neck problem at two disc levels (between the 3rd neck bone and the 1st chest bone).
  • You have not had any prior neck surgery at the levels being treated.
  • Imaging (like MRI or CT) shows signs of disc disease, such as a herniated disc or loss of disc height.
  • Your neck disability score is at least 15 out of 50 (or 30%), and you have tried conservative treatments (like physical therapy or pain meds) for at least 6 weeks without enough relief.
