Who can take part

  • You were born at full term (39–41 weeks).
  • Your birth weight was either low (below the 10th percentile) or typical (50–90th percentile), based on records.
  • Your current BMI is 35 or less.
  • You do not have known metabolic or liver disease.
  • You do not take medications known to affect the study’s main liver outcome.
  • Your alcohol intake is not above general recommendations and your weight hasn’t changed by more than 3 kg in the last 6 months.
