Who can take part

  • You were admitted to a hospital ICU/stroke unit for an acute stroke (either bleeding or blocked blood vessel).
  • For adults, you must be cared for in the neurology neuro-ICU/stroke unit at University Hospital Brno.
  • For children, you must be age 6–18 and admitted to the pediatric ICU at the same hospital.
  • Your ICU stay must be at least 24 hours (including time after surgery, if relevant).
