Electrical brain stimulation for delirium in ICU patients

Who can take part

  • You are currently in the intensive care unit (ICU).
  • You have been confused (delirium) for more than 24 hours.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You do not have a history of seizures or epilepsy.
  • You do not have an active brain infection or recent head injury, stroke, or brain bleed.
  • You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device.
