Who can take part

  • You are 55 years old or older
  • You have a rotator cuff tear that was diagnosed by an ultrasound test done by a doctor
  • Your shoulder pain level is low (average pain score under 3 out of 10) during daily activities
  • You currently have no shoulder problems that significantly affect your daily life
  • You have not had recent shoulder injury or trauma
