Comparing two gels for treating implant infection

This study compares two non-surgical treatments for an infection around dental implants called peri-implantitis. One treatment uses a gel made from enamel proteins, the other uses a gel made from hyaluronic acid (a natural substance in the body). The goal is to see which gel works better to reduce inflammation and help the gums heal, without needing surgery.

Study tissue changes around dental implants in adults

This trial studies signs of inflammation and tissue change around dental implants (especially in people with peri-implantitis) compared with people getting implants in healthier gum/bone areas. It may help doctors understand what markers to look for to better monitor or treat implant problems.
