  • You are between 55 and 69 years old
  • You have acute leukemia or MDS (a blood/marrow condition)
  • Your doctors say you could get an allogeneic stem cell transplant (from another person)
  • You do not have a fully matched donor, but you do have a half-matched (“haplo”) donor option
  • You can and agree to sign the informed consent
  • No severe active infection and you are able to complete the study
