Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a planned stem cell transplant using a related half-match (haploidentical) donor or an unrelated donor with an allowed level of mismatch.
  • Your diagnosis is one of the study types (such as relapsed/refractory acute leukemia, certain poor-risk AML or ALL in first remission, specific MDS situations, or mixed lineage/biphenotypic leukemia).
  • Your heart, liver, and lung tests meet required thresholds (for example, heart pumping ≥40%, liver tests not too high, and lung function above the minimum).
  • You must be able to sign informed consent.
  • You should not have had more than 20% of the bone-marrow radiation areas previously, and you should not have major health limitations (like very weak heart function or very poor lung function).
