Who can take part

  • You have a traumatic spinal cord injury.
  • You are male and age 18 or older.
  • Your spinal cord injury happened at least 1 year ago.
  • You can consent to the study and understand what it involves.
  • You do not have an indwelling urethral Foley catheter.
  • You are not allergic to probenecid and do not have certain medical conditions (like G6PD deficiency).
